Don't forget the MyMemories giveaway!!
To find out the details go to this post HERE.
I have been doing what I call Home Recovery the past two days since my return from the scrapbook retreat. Five boys (counting my husband) can really leave a mark on a house while your gone!
So I didn't have a lot of time to show you what else you can do with the MyMemories digital scrapbooking software.
I plan to use it to replace this mess:
This is what happens when you fill it to the brim and drop your recipe book! |
With something that is covered with this:
I'd like to do a recipe book that includes photos of my family.
Some ideas that are running through my scattered brain?
- A picture of Grandma next to her famous Prime Rib recipe.
- A picture of one of my boys eating a favorite meal like Lasagna.
- Or a picture of a special occasion (like Button's Baptism) with a recipe like this:
Like I said, I didn't have a lot of time the last two days. I whipped this out in a few minutes. Ten minutes total for each photo above.
I think the thing that will take the longest is me taking pictures to include in there and possibly sorting through that mess. Which proves to me that digital might just be the way to go for the final product!
_________
Everything appears to go quickly with this software.
The software itself downloaded rapidly!
I decided to watch one of their video tutorials and the Scrapbook Software was saved and running before I finished watching this one!
New to MyMemories Suite? Let's Get Started! from Lisa Jurrens on Vimeo.
And if you think that once you download the My Memories Suite software that it will be expensive to expand....think no more.
In the the short time that I have been giving it a whirl, I have downloaded more FREE digital scrapbooking kits than I can handle. There certainly isn't anything for free in the scrapbooking aisle at Hobby Lobby!
To get a chance to win a FREE download....
Head over to Monday's Post.
I also will be able to offer a special promo code just in case you are interested but don't win....keep your eye out!
