For those visiting from Freshly Pieced: WIP Wednesday...
Halloween Quilt is DONE!
Meet Spiders and Webs HERE.
There is some exciting news for me!
ON HOLD. I had to devote time to Spiders and Web. It is always in my "to go" sewing bag for the car and doctor's visits, so maybe some progress will happen!
Puffy QUILT #3.
Still on hold. I am doing my best to find that fabric I need. I have a modification design where I can use what I have to make it work.
It is nice, but I still love the original.
And so does the momma.....
Covered Button Project
I finished numbers 1-10. But I am not happy with the ones I have arrows pointing too.
Do you all like the blue? They seem too light against the busy fabric. And I do NOT like the number 5's shape at all....
I have the fabric.
I really want to get this done by the end of the week. Please wish me luck! I don't know if Button will ever get into our refurbished highchair if I don't get it done!
One last Halloween project
Baby's are always works in progress, right?
Before I started the Spiders and Webs, he was just learning to roll over.
Now he is pulling up and looking out my studio window.
Button also has a work in progress.
It has been nine years since I have had a teether.
Button asks if there are any amazing suggestions?
He is pretty content and doing well...but has had a few restless nights with some acetominophen and isn't interested in his teething ring. The window sill feels much better.....until he starts crying? Out of frustration or pain, I just don't know!

Oh my goodness, he is soooo adorable! I can't believe how fast he's growing. Teething tablets worked great for my older two. So far the babe has done well with tylenol or motrin as needed, usually only at night.ReplyDelete
I agree with you about the blue and the 5, I think the green is too light also.
Now get moving on that highchair cushion. ;)
Love the spiders & webs quilt!!ReplyDelete
And seriously, that baby is toooo cute. What a sweetie. :)
Baby crack! Er, I mean, teething tablets. Swear by 'em.ReplyDelete
I concur that blue is too light.
Thank you Heidi for stopping by at my blog so I found yours! I read about Jamie and was deeply touched. I think you have really a burden to bear and the recently 14th of October may have brought back lot of tears. I'm feeling with you.ReplyDelete
Teething tablets worked well for our boys as well, but I seem to remember they were recalled for some reason a while ago? I have to admit I generally don't like Halloween quilts, but I really like your version of it!ReplyDelete
Really enjoyed my visit...great projects...especially that extra cute one.ReplyDelete
I love the colours in the Halloween QuiltReplyDelete
